The General Manager Role
Big K Holdings is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead operations at its King’s Lynn site. Reporting directly to the Group Operations Director, this pivotal role carries full responsibility for the safe, legal, efficient, and profitable management of the site.
As a key member of the Senior Management Team (SMT), the General Manager will work closely with Directors, managers, and staff to ensure operational excellence, financial performance, and continuous improvement across all departments. This is a leadership position that demands strong commercial acumen, a commitment to health and safety, and the ability to inspire and develop teams in line with Big K’s vision:
